Dear Divine Human Being,

Let’s awaken to a truth: You are a Sacred Temple.

I invite you to take this beyond simply being an idea, and for you to experience it.

Within and all around you is the harmonising weave of your Higher Self, your Soul, your energetic bodies, your chakras, and your physical form, your emotions, your mind and consciousness. Together they create you as a sacred vessel where divinity is at home. It is through you that the Love and Light of the Divine can be felt, experienced, and grounded into the world.

Embrace with gratitude the genius of these sacred, organic ‘technologies’ that already exist within you. There is nothing ‘out there’ that could make you more whole, better or more wondrous than you already are.

I invite you to recognise this, and honour yourself, by choosing to experience yourself as the embodiment of Pure, Divine, Unconditional Love.

Know this truth: You are always worthy, deserve and are entitled to feel and experience the boundless love of the Divine, for no reason. Your Soul was born out of Love. You are in truth Pure Divine Love.

Your Heart Centre is the hearth of your sacred flame, your inner Sun, from where the Love, Light, and Energy of the Divine is present.

Practice bringing your awareness to your Heart Centre.

By being in your Heart Centre you can feel and experience your oneness with God, the source of all. Then choose to see, feel, and experience this Divine Love and Light flowing within you, enveloping you, and radiating out into the world.

With every choice you make, honour the sacredness of your being. You are a temple, a vessel, a conduit for divine energies to be felt, experienced and shared.

Wherever you are, embrace your role as a sacred site, a channel for Love and Light. There is always an unlimited flow of Unconditional Love. So choose to fill yourself. See, feel and experience the Divine Love and Light flowing to every part of your being on every level, saturating you.

Then choose to illuminate the world around you. Shine brightly and spread the blessings of Divine Love to all, to everyone and everything, everywhere.

Take your place as a human being of service and in communion with the sacred flow of receiving, experiencing and sharing, Pure, Divine, Unconditional Love.
